This is my one-of-a-kind acrylic painting of a flower bouquet in a vase. The air is warm and comfy around my house. The pink faux flowers in my living room have been standing there for years. All that was missing was the right time to admire them once more, but with a paintbrush ready. My friends' sweet voices and copious jokes fly by my ears as I move the paint upon the canvas. We all do a session of instinctive unplanned art sketching with the common outcome of enjoying ourselves. Friendship is the background music to the process of rebuilding one's strength. It is so much easier to breathe once the mind is kind and smooth like young flowers. No dorn in sight. Just fragrant acceptance.
